BetterFit is a 12-week weight loss program that has been improving lives for over 10 years. Our wellness professionals teach you how small changes in your diet, exercise and lifestyle can dramatically improve your health and have you feeling your best.
During these sessions, you’ll be working directly with a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, with a combined experience of 38 years.
Average results reflect an 18 pounds weight loss, 24 point drop in cholesterol, 4 point decline in blood sugar, 11 point drop in blood pressure and more.
At the end of the program, you will have the knowledge and motivation to sustain your goals for a lifetime.
