A challenging head-to-toe workout using a variety of equipment, focused on engaging core muscles to maximize total body conditioning.
YOGA
Improve your posture, balance, and coordination through breath control, relaxation, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
TABATA
Get your heart pumping and your body jumping in this timed interval training workout. Short bursts of cardio / strength training exercises followed by a brief rest. 20/10 method has you all out for 20 seconds with 10 seconds to recover to start over again. Sweat Sculpt-Burn!

A class dedicated to toning your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. The class will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it will also target your quads and hamstrings.
PUMP TOTAL BODY
A weight-bearing and resistance strength class. Always changing, and always fun and challenging! Similar to Les Mills Body Pump.
STEP
A challenging aerobic workout choreographed to music, utilizing the step and ending with ab work.

ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin and international music and dance create a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout. Zumba is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.
YAH-LIA/Sculpt
Low-impact choreography for 30 minutes, followed by muscle conditioning and abs.
YAH-Yoga with Props
Gentle yoga with light weights, bands and balls. For the “Young at Heart” (YAH).
Yoga
A wholesome approach to achieving a balance of physical and mental health, happiness and tranquility. Taught in our group exercise studio.
