Group Ex
With over 65 classes each week, our Group Exercise program caters to all fitness levels. Classes include BODYPUMP™, Zumba, Cardio Kickbox & Abs, Chisel’d, Gut & Butt, Pilates Mat, Pump Total Body, Step, Yoga, and Yoga & Pilates Fusion. Each session is led by certified instructors in spacious studios, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workout environment.
W Cycle
Our cycling program features a variety of classes designed to challenge and inspire. Options include Rhythm Ride & Core, Rhythm Ride & Sculpt, Power Ride, HIIT Ride, and Rhythm Ride. Each class combines high-intensity cardio with strength training, set to motivating music, ensuring a comprehensive and enjoyable workout.
MINDBODY Studio
This serene space focuses on holistic wellness, offering over 30 classes weekly in yoga, barre, and reformer Pilates. Our certified instructors guide participants through practices that enhance flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. The studio’s design promotes relaxation and rejuvenation, providing a tranquil retreat within the club.
